Dear all,

Below are the details for this week's physical CCA training.

Date: 4th November 2022

Location: ISH

Time: 8:30am to 4:00pm

Sec 1s:

Attire: PT Kit

As most of you know, this week's training will be a long one. However, I expect your drill standards to still be maintained since last training. We will be assessing all of the previously taught drills and we will be teaching you on marching. I advise everyone to revise your marching drills before this training. We will also be having a campcraft and PT session alongside. Do your best!

Sec 2s:

Attire: Full Uniform (Bring PT kit)

For this training, we will be perfecting your marching drills, as well as teaching you new ones. We will also be practising for your WOC. Lastly, we will have a PT session. This training will be a long one so mentally and physically prepare yourselves. Eat and drink enough food and water and have a good sleep the day before. See you during training!

Sec 3s:

Attire: Full Uniform (Bring PT kit and ATC attire)

For this training, you would be practicing your drills again and you would also be having your PT session. Afterwards, you would be having a campcraft session to practice your campcraft skills. As this week’s training would be a long and tiring one, do make sure to have enough rest the day before.

Thank you. Yours Sincerely,

CPL (NPCC) Aidan Tan Zhen Xuan SJI NPCC Deputy Chairman (Admin)
