Weekly Training 08/03/2023

Below are the details for this week's physical CCA training.

Date: 8th March 2023

Location: Foyer 2

Time: 3:00pm to 5:30pm

Sec 1s:

Attire: PT Kit

In this week's training, we will be focusing on learning the drills required for all of you to take part in Opening Parade. Please revise everything you have learnt over the past few trainings so that we can make the upcoming training fruitful and productive.

Sec 2s:

Attire: PT Kit

In this week’s training, you will be learning a new marching drill so put in your best effort. As this is your last training before March holidays, let's end term 1 on a good note.

Sec 3s:

Attire: PT Kit

This week's training will be focused on your sizing drills as well as increasing your fitness levels. Just a reminder, some of you will be having your interviews so make sure to prepare well and be confident. We wish you all the best!

Sec 4s:

Attire: PT Kit

For this week’s training, we will be focusing on your drill standards. Most of you will be FIs of respective squads and you will be learning new drills. Make sure to have a good rest and put in effort in this week’s training!
