Dear all,

Below are the details for this week's physical training session. Do look at it thoroughly and ensure you prepare accordingly

Date: 12 July 2024

Reporting Venue: Foyer 2

Duration: 1500 hours to 1730 hours

Batch 54:

Attire: PT Kit (with Unit Tee)

Sec 1s, this training will mainly focus on last week's drills, namely all of your static drills and kekanan lurus. During last week's training session, we noticed that many of you are not keeping up with the drills. We expect to see better standards from here. Following that, you will be conducting your skits that you have planned for your Police Procedures Course, as well as PT/RT to end the day!

Batch 53:

Attire: PT Kit (with Unit Tee)

Sec 2s, as IUDC is almost around the corner, you will be touching on some of the main drills tested for training. This will consist of your full turning drills, marching and dressing drills, and some new ones you will be learning. It will not be easy, but as long as you put up your best efforts and keep pushing, you can do it! Finally, there will be PT/RT activities to end the training.

Batch 52:

Attire: PT Kit (with Unit Tee)

Sec 3s, we will be focusing on our basic rifle drills, dressing drills and marching drills. As we have not touched on said drills for quite a while, we encourage all of you to read up on the Cadet Resources, which can be found on the Wix Site. It will be a tiring one, but don't give up! After that, we will give you a PT test and then an RT session after! Please note that there will be a campcraft test to revise for set by our CIs. Refer to the OCC Handbook sent in the chat and prepare yourselves diligently.
