Weekly Training 23/02/24

Dear all,

Below are the details for the physical CCA training. This marks the first training Batch 54 will be joining us, so put on your best behaviour in front of them!

Date: 23rd February 2024

Reporting Venue: Foyer 2

Time: 1500 hours to 1730 hours

Batch 53:

Attire: Half Uniform

Sec 2s, your training for the most part will consist of marching drills in preparation for the upcoming Anniversary Parade (relevant drills in question: quick mark time and quick march). We will be conducting a final assessment of your drill performance during this session to determine who would be able to participate in the parade, so do give it your all and revise using the drill manual beforehand. This will be followed by a short lesson on orientation and navigation basics.

Batch 52:

Attire: Half Uniform

Sec 3s, we will be conducting an extensive rifle drill session to make sure all of you are absolutely ready for your upcoming 2nd class drill test. Should time permit, we would also be introducing you to SAR21 rifle drills in preparation for AP. Lastly, we will be briefing you on a special task we have planned for you during the upcoming UTC!
