Sec 3s, this training will be one of, if not the, last training with your Batch 52 seniors. Those of you who did not manage to take your 2nd Class WOC last training will do so this week. We expect that you have come well-prepared and well-versed in your drills. After that, we will be reviewing your 2nd Class Theory paper, as well as holding a campcraft session to complete your lashings.
You are all only about a month away from your step-up. We encourage you all to learn as much as possible from your seniors in this training, as you will need it to help your own juniors.

Sec 4s, this training will be one of, if not the, last training for you guys. As AP is looming closer, we will need to ensure that your drill standards are met. We will be revising your rifle drills, as well as teach you some advanced drills tested for 1st Class. It would be wise if you could read the drill resources in this site as a refresher for you. Finally, we will have a campcraft session, where your lashings will be recapped.
To everyone, I would like to say a few words. On behalf of the FIs, throughout the last year, we would like to thank you for making it this far and really putting in the effort to improve yourselves with every training. Though it has never been a smooth-sailing journey, you all stuck together showed determination and grit, and this truly heartens us. It has been wonderful teaching you all and learning so much more from you all. Do not let your standards fall and keep on growing as a unit!

Thank you, and have blessed week ahead.
