Dear all,
Here are the details for this week's training session. This training will be held on Wednesday, as there will be Inaugural Ceremony on Friday.
The Year 1s will also be joining us for training, so we expect nothing but the best from you, to show them what NPCC is truly about!
Date: 12th Feb 2025
Reporting Venue: Foyer 2
Duration: 1500 hrs - 1730 hrs
Batch 54 Overview

Sec 2s, after your fidget test, we'll revise your static drills, dressing drills, and your full turning drills. We expect to see good standards from you all. You will also be learning a new type of drill - marching drills!
After which, we will hold a campcraft session, where you will learn a new family of knots - lashings! Ensure that you pay extra attention to your FIs, as they might have a treat for you if you put in the effort.

Sec 3s, you will be doing a recap on the rifle drills you have learnt thus far. Next, there will be a campcraft session, where you will recap on all of the different knot families you have learnt (stopper, loop, bends, shortening formations, hitches, lashings and coils). We expect you to be good role models to the incoming batch of Sec 1s, so we highly encourage you all to come fully-prepared and ready for training.

Sec 4s, we will begin this training session with our drills session. We will be revising on the drills tested for your 2nd Class retake during UTC. If time permits, we will also be teaching a new type of drill, pacing drills. This retake is the last chance for you to get the badge for promotion, so we ask that you all give your undivided attention towards your FIs and what they have in store.
After that, you will fall in at FN303 for your campcraft session, in which we will do a quick recap on your Campcraft Test as well as revising your hitches, coils and lashings. Again, we ask that you cooperate with us and give us your attention for these few hours.
As the face of SJI NPCC, all eyes will be on you to maintain the CCA's outstanding image. Carry yourselves well, and do not make us disappointed!
Thank you, and may God bless you all
Yours Sincerely
SGT (NPCC) Reagan Low
Deputy Unit Chairperson of Administration
